Spring Clean Up: March - April

Turf:

- Power Rolling

- Power Aerating

- Power Raking

- Remove Debris & Leaves

- Seeding

- Herbicide Application

- Fertilizer Application

- Inspection

- Mowing (as needed)

Trees, Shrubs, Beds:

- Remove dead flowers, leaves, debris, and vegetation

- Dormant Oil Application

- Pruning as needed

- Examination, Repair, or Removal

Summer Maintenance: May - September

Turf:

- Mowing, every 2-3 inches (as needed)

- Alternate mowing patterns

- Recycle clippings (permitted)

- Edging

- Paved surface clearing

- 2nd, 3rd, 4th fertilizer applications

- Watering

- Fungicide/Pesticide/Herbicide application (if needed)

- Power-washing (additional service)

Trees, Shrubs, Beds:

- Landscape cultivation

- Watering

- Pruning as needed

- Examination, Repair, or Removal

Fall Clean Up: October - November

Turf:

- Mowing (as needed)

- Watering (as needed)

- Remove Debris & Leaves

- Seeding as needed

- 5th Fertilizer Application

Trees, Shrubs, Beds:

- Pruning

- Weeded

- Compost & Manure spreading

- Flower Bed Covering

- Final Dormant Application
